Acquaint yourself with traditional brews
The mission of The Little Woody presented by Nature’s Whole Food Marketplace is to celebrate one of Central Oregon’s cultural hallmarks – the great brews created right here in our backyard and provide a fun environment for people to enjoy all of those brews in one place.
In the old days, brewers served beer that was aged in oaken casks, now brewers are rolling back the barrels for flavoring beer. The Little Woody Festival will shine the light on this ancient brewing technique, as adapted by American craft brewers by featuring beers aged in wine barrels, whiskey barrels and oak barrels which uniquely flavors and intensifies the beer.
