From humble beginnings in 2000 Silver Moon started brewing on a 1.5 BBL BOP system.  In 2005 they moved the brewery to our 24 NW Greenwood Ave location and now boil up our wort on a beautiful all stainless steam fired 10 BBL JVNW brew house. Silver Moon produces 1400 BBLs* of beer annually and have recently added 6 more custom build fermentation vessels to their system. For 2011 they’re gearing up to offer 1600+ barrels to their devoted patrons. *1 BBL=31 gal. Silver Moon sells their beers in Bend, Portland, Salem, Corvalis, Eugene and elsewhere throughout Oregon.  They just recently began sending bottled beers to Seattle and select locations in Washington.
