The 3rd Annual Little Woody Barrel Aged Brew and Whiskey Fest was a great success as locals and tourists enjoyed two days of live music and libations. Located at the Des Chutes Historical Museum in Bend’s Downtown area, craft beers made specifically for this brew fest were sampled and critiqued. A highlight for many at the event was the whisky tasting room located inside the museum. With thirteen Northwest breweries featuring beers aged in wine barrels, whiskey barrels and oak barrels, this was a weekend that commemorated one of Central Oregon’s cultural hallmarks – craft beers.
